Luz Parque Barnace is a brand new house completed to an exceptional standard on a complex of three completed in 2007. The house is set in the Luz Parque area of Praia da Luz and 3 km from the beach. This balcony has steps that lead out to the large shared pool and to the private roof terrace which has spectacular sea views all the way to Sagres and of Monchique, table and chairs for 8 and both a BBQ and shower . There is a large LCD television with UK freeview channels and DVD player as well as stereo speakers in every room in the house including the roof terrace. Under floor heating can be added for an extra cost. This is a high specification house finished to a standard that is rarely rented in the Algarve.  All linen and towels are provided, and there is a midweek towel change as well as a full clean after 7 days.

We also have available to rent on the same complex Casa India ( 3 bed 2 bathroom) and Casa Jemima ( 3 bed 2 bathroom) for families who may wish to rent villas close together but still have their own space.
