How do I book a property?

    Please call our reservations team on 00351 916007020 who will be able to let you know if your selected property is available for your dates. We are happy to hold bookings for 24 hours while you arrange your travel arrangements. To book we will need to receive a 25% payment of the balance for your holiday and then the remaining amount 10 weeks prior to departure.

Can I pay by Credit Card

    We can process payments by most major credit cards either over the phone or through the internet, the process is simple and offers complete security.

Is my booking secure, and what protection do I have ?

    We have been renting holiday properties since 1994 and any booking made with us is secure 100%.

Can I book car hire with you?

Yes we work directly with a car rental company and can offer you great discount prices.

Can you arrange airport transfers?

Yes we can arrange this for you directly at discount prices.

What maid service is supplied cleaning during my stay?

To give you a break from the normal housework all rentals include maid service that is in one week occupancy patterns of change towel after three days and two weeks to stay for a change of bedding and thorough cleaning, was completed after seven days, as well as a change of towels every three days.

Can I rent a property in the winter or do you only provide summer rentals?

We offer rental properties all year round and can accommodate you in winter with properties carefully selected properties that are best suited to the mild Algarve winter that have either central or underfloor heating and heated pools.

Is there anyone who I can call if I have a problem with the property during my stay?

    Our staff are available to assist with any problems you encounter during your stay. Our offices are open from 09.30 to 13.00 and 15.00 to 18.00 Monday to Friday. Outside of these hours we are contactable through our emergency mobile number.

Do you need to take a security deposit from me during my stay?

    As all of our properties are carefully furnished second homes of the owners we are duty bound to take a security deposit ranging from £400-£1000. This deposit is taken with a credit card swipe and only deducted if any damages are reported.
