An attractive completely refurbished 3 bedroom cottage style property with its own driveway for parking and small private pool. It is centrally located in the picturesque Village of Praia da Luz and is within easy walking distance of the lovely Luz beach, shops, restaurants, bars and other local amenities. Outside is a patio area with plunge pool and garden. A front gate leads to a cul-de-sac road allowing a quick escape to the beach.The one double and two twin bedrooms downstairs share two bathrooms one with a bath and shower and the other with a shower. The double master is also en suite. Upstairs the attractive lounge has a log fire and electric roller shutters behind patio door that opens on to a terraced balcony. There is a dining at table for 6 and flat screen TV with UK channels.The house has a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave. Off the kitchen is a utility area with washing machine. All linen and towels is provided, and there is a midweek towel change as well as a full clean after 7 days.
