This is a fully air conditioned 3 bedroom 3 bathroom Luz Bay Club house located just a short walk down the hill to the beach. The house is compromised of two double bedrooms and twin bedroom located downstairs and with two bathrooms adjacent. Two of the bedrooms (master and the twin bedroom) are south facing and have French windows that lead out to the terrace.Upstairs is the comfortable lounge with seating for 6, flat screen TV with UK channels as well as outdoor furniture, including table and chairs for 6. The kitchen is accessed from the lounge and has all the usual items including large fridge, four slice toaster microwave oven hob etc.There is parking to the front of the villa and all linen and towels are provided. There is a midweek towel change as well as a full clean after 7 days.
