This five bedroom four bathrooms private villa is situated in Montinhos da Luz short and so just a short drive to the centre of Praia da Luz. The villa boasts a large private pool (10 m x 5m) with gently sloping entry steps and is 1,70m at the deepest point, there is also a large grassed area beside the pool and all the usual outdoor furniture including sun loungers. The house is composed of five bedrooms, three are double bedrooms and two are children’s rooms. The bedrooms are located upstairs and downstairs is the large lounge which leads directly out to the pool area. The kitchen is accessed through the lounge and leads out to the patio area with outdoor furniture. The house also benefits from a BBQ, and covered parking for 2 cars as well as uncovered parking for a further 2 cars.
