This four bed roomed villa (to sleep 8 people in total 6 adults / 2children) is situated in the upmarket area of Parque da Praia and has a walled garden with private small pool. The Villa consists of - 2 bedrooms (1 double & 1 twin) upstairs with en-suite bathrooms. Both of the bedrooms share a balcony overlooking the pool and garden. Downstairs, there is a double bedroom (bathroom en suite) with patio doors to pool / garden terrace - a small bedroom with bunk beds and a guest cloakroom. The lounge has a wood burning fire, & Satellite T.V. (free channels). Dining Room has seating for 6 people. Fully fitted kitchen with fridge / freezer, cooker, washing machine, microwave - plus various modern electrical items and plenty of crockery etc. Small courtyard at the rear with drying facilities. Plenty of patio furniture, umbrella and sun loungers are provided on the poolside terrace. Private parking to the front of the villa. All linen and towels are provided, and there is a midweek towel change as well as a full clean after 7 days.We have other houses available situated in the same area and only 50 meters away for families who may wish to rent villas close together but still have their own space.
