Only 2 minutes walk from the beach in the prestigious Parque da Praia area of Praia da Luz (park of the beach in English) the house offers an ideal setting for those wishing to be literally on the doorstep of the beach and yet be able to relax in the peaceful settings offered by their own pool and gardens, shared with 3 similar villas.The villa comprises of a downstairs, open plan fully fitted kitchen with fridge / freezer, Gas hob + electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, plus various modern electrical items and plenty of crockery. Lounge/ dining room with fitted gas fire, Satellite T.V. (free view channels) twin bedroom with adjacent bathroom, two sets of patio doors that lead to the terrace and pool. The patio has garden furniture including 6 chairs, sun loungers and a table for alfresco dining. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one twin and another double, which are both en-suite and contain a shower and bath, the master bedroom also has a balcony overlooking the pool and gardens. There is private parking beside the villa. All linen and towels are provided, and there is a midweek towel change as well as a full clean after 7 days.We have other houses available situated in the same condominium and only 10 meters away for families who may wish to rent villas close together but still have their own space.
