This 2 bedroom Townhouse (completed in 2004) is finished to high standard and is around 10 minutes walk to the beautiful l beach of Praia da Luz. The local Restaurants, Bars, Supermarkets and other amenities. The Villa is in a private gated condominium of seven properties and each property has a private garden and use of the large communal pool.The Villa consists of: - 1 Double ensuite master bedroom downstairs and 1 Twin bedrooms upstairs with the guest toilet and shower adjacent., the master bedroom has direct access through patio doors to the garden and pool, while the open plan lounge containing fully fitted kitchen and dining areas for 6 leads out to a large balcony that overlooks the gardens, pool and Atlantic ocean and contains a table and chairs.The Lounge is comfortably furnished, with a gas fire, LCD Satellite TV (with UK Sky free view channels) and has 2 sofas, one of which is a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully fitted with washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, oven and gas hob. A further balcony is accessed via patio doors from the twin bedroom and a door from the kitchen.Sun loungers also supplied and there is a private car port for parking. All linen and towels are provided, and there is a midweek towel change as well as a full clean after 7 days.
